1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The item must include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable).

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN 

The following items are non-returnable:

Opened or used electronic devices (unless defective).

Software, gaming discs, and digital products.

Phone accessories, such as screen protectors and earphones, unless unopened.

Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

Verification: Our team will assess the condition of the product and approve the return if eligible.

Return the Item: Bring the item to any of our store locations or arrange for return shipping (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Refund or Exchange: After inspection, we will process either a replacement, store credit, or refund. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment method.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund upon verification.

5. WARRANTY CLAIMS

For items covered under manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the warranty terms. Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer or authorized service center.
